CB&I worked with a local builder to frame this beautiful home in the Keowee Springs community on Lake Keowee.

With its combination 16/12 and 10/12 slope, this house is magnificent. It has a great room with 22' walls and a large wood burning fireplace. CB&I was able to accomodate several changes in this structure to fill out the purpose this home has for the homeowner. As always, the builder for this home benefited from CB&I's attention to detail and quick framing.

CB&I can evaluate the condition of an existing deck and provide proper maintenance and quality renovation to properly care for the existing structure. In both these situations, CB&I worked with and added to the existing deck with pleasing results. In both these situations, the customer chose to be responsible for the staining/painting.

CB&I is constructing this 2 story playhouse for 3 children. It is truly one of a kind with exposed rafter tails and cedar siding. Complete with a balcony and vaulted ceiling upstairs it will provide many years of childhood pleasures.
